In this week's behind the scenes episode, we're covering my
speaker pitching process.
While a lot of hosts send all of their pitches at once, I like to
sort speakers into several rounds to increase the likelihood of
anyone I don't know well feeling comfortable enough to say
"yes".
In this episode we'll also cover some final tasks I completed
before pitching and what my payment plan stats looked like for last
